FC Dallas Youth Introduces Family Connection from Naviance - Tools for colleges and careers
We are pleased to introduce Family Connection from Naviance, a Web-based service designed especially for students and parents. Family Connection is a comprehensive website that you can use to help in making decisions about colleges and careers. Family Connection is linked with Naviance Succeed, a service that we use in our office to track and analyze data about college plans, so it provides up-to-date information that's specific to our program.
Family Connection will allow you to:
- College Search Engine - Allows players to search for schools that meet their specific criteria. (e.g. athletic, academic, location and many more)
- On line College Resources - Provides links to Financial Aid and Scholarships, College and Careers, College Athletics and Test Preparation.
- College Documents in our Library - Year by Year action plans for players to take the guess work out of the college recruiting process. Other documents include NCAA rules and NCAA Eligibility Center Checklist.
- Free On line Test Preparation for the SAT- FC Dallas players have access to on-line SAT method test preparation that allows player to have access to lessons, practice tests and evaluation tests.
- Scholarships and Financial Aid - Provides a National Scholarship Search through SallieMae.
